By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
KLR Agency provides done-for-you AI automation systems for trades and home service businesses. This includes missed call text-back automations, quote follow-up sequences, review request automations, and lead capture systems.
We do not lock clients into long-term contracts. Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Setup fees are due before work begins. Monthly retainer fees are billed at the start of each month. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, ensuring their platform account is active and accessible, and reviewing automation content before it goes live.
KLR Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the previous 30 days.
All automation workflows and systems built by KLR Agency remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives a licence to use the delivered system.
Either party may terminate services with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments become immediately due.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
